Selvaraj Ganesan, shortly referred as "Selva" has versatile experience across diverse organizational domains and significant exposure in Digital Transformation, cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Standardization/ Application Design primarily focused on Banking and Financial systems across the world.

In his last engagement he was primarily driving large digital transformation programs for Banks across Asia and Middle east. In the long stint with Standard chartered he held multiple roles as Group Architect , Head of Innovation and Head of Wholesale Banking Payment Systems. He is well versed in Corporate & Retail Payments, Capital Markets, channels, Corporate Lending, Pricing & Billing.

Prior to that he has worked as a chief Architect in BPM product company and has a long experience with Sun Microsystems, USA as an enterprise architect.

Pankaja B Muniyappa

Pankaja manages new technology transformation initiatives for Banking and Financial Services in Kumaran. She is responsible for building new Horizontal technology practices to align with the latest BFS client goals. Pankaja comes with 23 years of IT experience mainly in Banking and Securities for the US, APAC, and UK regions. She has experience in managing Digital Transformation initiatives, Product development, and maintenance, Product integration with the client ecosystem, and Critical Transitions. Has driven multiple initiatives leading to optimization of day-day activities in different roles.

Hari Ranganathan

Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Data Protection Officer & Principal Technical Architect

Hari Ranganathan serves as the Chief Information Security officer, Chief Data Protection Officer and the company’s Principal Technical Architect. He possesses an extensive experience of 26 years in the IT industry and has been instrumental in building in numerous applications and Kumaran’s core product development initiatives. His universe of experience spans design, development, testing and implementation of applications along with legacy application migration for Kumaran’s clients. Hari Ranganathan spearheads the data protection and privacy protocols within Kumaran and leads the application development lifecycle protocols of Kumaran.

Suriya Kumar Srinivasan heads the Human Resources Organization of Kumaran systems as the Assistant Vice president. He brings with him almost 22 years of HR practise, including Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment and Change Management in IT and Manufacturing Sector. He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Management from Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies – TILS, Chennai.

Suman G V

Assistant Vice President - Finance

Suman G V, Assistant Vice President, is primarily responsible for the planning, forecasting, and implementation of the company’s financial activities, including reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls. Suman G V is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of extensive experience in finance, including corporate accounting, strategy, reporting and progressive team building. He has a cumulative experience of more than 23 years in providing Techno-Functional Leadership, Management and Technology Consulting, Account Management, and Delivery Leadership for the Banking and Financial Services sector. Strong business and technical expertise in Compliance, AML, Capital Market, and Risk Management platforms. Rich experience in delivering cutting-edge solutions primarily focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications. Led the delivery of several New Product Initiatives in Risk Management and Compliance. Responsibility includes end-to-end delivery for Banking clients and managing support functions.

Mohamed Moideen

Vice President – Legacy Modernization Services

Mohamed Moideen, Vice President - Legacy Modernization Services, heads Kumaran’s flagship Migration division. Moideen started out as a Programmer trainee in Kumaran and has over 22 years of migration experience in Kumaran. He possesses extensive expertise in migrating legacy applications such as Oracle Forms, Ingres, PowerBuilder and Mainframe applications to modern technologies. He has led a wide range of legacy modernization projects for clients in Insurance, Automotive, Retail, Banking, Education verticals and numerous Government Agencies.

Srinivas Thota, Vice President Kumaran, heads the Insurance and Telecom SBU's. He is also responsible for Digital Initiative Strategies and managing Key Accounts. Srinivas Thota has over 24 years of professional IT experience working across US, Canada and India in various business verticals. His area of expertise lies in the intersection of business and technology. He has over a decade of experience assisting Insurance customers with Consulting, Technology Delivery and Building MVP’s. Srini joined Kumaran in 2004 and has since worked in different capacities. In his previous roles, he was responsible for leading large programs & delivery of projects in North America and also headed Kumaran QA Services. Athelstan B Koilpillai started his journey in Kumaran in 1999, he heads the Banking vertical as the Senior Vice President. In this role, he leads client relationship management and specializes in delivering technology related business solutions for clients in the Financial Services industry. His IT career spans over 21 years in providing technology-based solutions, where he successfully steered the business to achieve new significant growth to our organisation. During his tenure he has held various leadership positions leading Client Partnerships, Operations management, Strategic planning as well oversees Global delivery centres in India. Ramu Rajasekaran serves as a Chief Executive Officer overseeing Kumaran’s operations worldwide providing leadership and strategic vision to the organization. Ramu is a perfect illustration of Kumaran’s “Growing with the Organization’ principle”. He began his career in 1996 in the product wing of Kumaran, held several positions down the line before being entrusted with heading the Global Operations across India, US and Canada in a career span of 24 years. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global data protection strategy, enterprise-wide data protection policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. Ramu has been instrumental in building the patented mainframe migration tools of Kumaran that have redefined the way Kumaran does mainframe migrations.
