As a Transformation leader in Global Banking, he is experienced in creating, leading, and transforming large programs for BFSI Clients in wholesale banking , retail and private banking.

Selvaraj Ganesan, shortly referred as "Selva" has versatile experience across diverse organizational domains and significant exposure in Digital Transformation, cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Standardization/ Application Design primarily focused on Banking and Financial systems across the world.

In his last engagement he was primarily driving large digital transformation programs for Banks across Asia and Middle east. In the long stint with Standard chartered he held multiple roles as Group Architect , Head of Innovation and Head of Wholesale Banking Payment Systems. He is well versed in Corporate & Retail Payments, Capital Markets, channels, Corporate Lending, Pricing & Billing.

Prior to that he has worked as a chief Architect in BPM product company and has a long experience with Sun Microsystems, USA as an enterprise architect.

Pankaja B Muniyappa

Vice President - Technology

Pankaja manages new technology transformation initiatives for Banking and Financial Services in Kumaran. She is responsible for building new Horizontal technology practices to align with the latest BFS client goals. Pankaja comes with 23 years of IT experience mainly in Banking and Securities for the US, APAC, and UK regions. She has experience in managing Digital Transformation initiatives, Product development, and maintenance, Product integration with the client ecosystem, and Critical Transitions. Has driven multiple initiatives leading to optimization of day-day activities in different roles.

Assistant Vice President - Finance

Suman G V, Assistant Vice President, is primarily responsible for the planning, forecasting, and implementation of the company’s financial activities, including reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls. Suman G V is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of extensive experience in finance, including corporate accounting, strategy, reporting and progressive team building. Prior to serving as Kumaran’s AVP, he contributed at various IT companies including listed public companies.

Valarivan Ramaswamy (Val)

SVP and Head - Sales Enablement and Client Solutions

Val has over two decades of diverse experience in IT and Turnkey projects. He has held multiple techno-functional leadership positions and was responsible for IT Strategy, Tech Consulting, Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation, Application Development, App Modernization services and solutions in varied organization. In Kumaran, Val will be responsible for thought leadership with key focus towards Solutioning, Sales Enablement, Strategy for revenue growth, new service lines and solutions around Digital Transformation, Business Development and Consulting.

Mohamed Moideen

Vice President – Legacy Modernization Services

Mohamed Moideen, Vice President - Legacy Modernization Services, heads Kumaran’s flagship Migration division. Moideen started out as a Programmer trainee in Kumaran and has over 22 years of migration experience in Kumaran. He possesses extensive expertise in migrating legacy applications such as Oracle Forms, Ingres, PowerBuilder and Mainframe applications to modern technologies. He has led a wide range of legacy modernization projects for clients in Insurance, Automotive, Retail, Banking, Education verticals and numerous Government Agencies.

His IT career spans over 21 years in providing technology-based solutions, where he successfully steered the business to achieve new significant growth to our organisation. During his tenure he has held various leadership positions leading Client Partnerships, Operations management, Strategic planning as well oversees Global delivery centres in India. He has achieved some of the most significant high valued relationship accounts in India, US & Canada.

Ramu Rajasekaran

Ramu Rajasekaran serves as a Chief Executive Officer overseeing Kumaran’s operations worldwide providing leadership and strategic vision to the organization. Ramu is a perfect illustration of Kumaran’s “Growing with the Organization’ principle”. He began his career in 1996 in the product wing of Kumaran, held several positions down the line before being entrusted with heading the Global Operations across India, US and Canada in a career span of 24 years. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global data protection strategy, enterprise-wide data protection policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. Ramu has been instrumental in building the patented mainframe migration tools of Kumaran that have redefined the way Kumaran does mainframe migrations.
